Jordan Wagner is a producer and financier whose work bridges independent and studio filmmaking. He has produced or helped finance more than 35 feature films across a wide range of budgets and genres, including Flight Risk (starring Mark Wahlberg, directed by Mel Gibson), Hypnotic (starring Ben Affleck, directed by Robert Rodriguez), and The Ritual (starring Al Pacino and Dan Stevens).

Under Wagner’s leadership, Wagner Entertainment pairs distinctive creative vision with disciplined commercial execution. The company’s upcoming slate reflects a deliberate shift toward bold, style-forward storytelling, championing emerging filmmakers whose singular voices unite artistic ambition with global market appeal.

Ryan Hamilton
Ryan Hamilton

Head of Partnerships

Ryan Hamilton leads sales and partnership strategy at Wagner Entertainment, overseeing relationships with sales agents, distributors, and strategic partners across the global marketplace. He works closely with the creative and production teams to ensure each project is thoughtfully positioned and aligned with the right partners and audiences.

Hamilton joins Wagner Entertainment after producing the survival thriller Zipline, sold by Black Bear Pictures. Prior to that, he spent more than a decade at Arclight Films, overseeing production, sales, and financing across a wide range of independent features, including First Reformed, Possessor, and Hotel Mumbai. He brings deep market experience and long-standing international relationships that support the company’s disciplined, intentional approach to growth.

Amanda Larney
Amanda Larney

Head of Development

Amanda Larney leads creative development at Wagner Entertainment, working closely with filmmakers, writers, and talent to guide projects from early material through greenlight and into production and post. She plays a key role in shaping the company’s creative identity and long-term slate.

Before joining Wagner Entertainment, Larney was an executive at Killer Films, serving underneath Christine Vachon, where she helped to service a range of distinctive, filmmaker-driven projects. She previously collaborated with Wagner Entertainment on Pretty Babies, produced in partnership with Killer Films, a relationship that led to her formal transition into the role.

George Bicknell
George Bicknell

Executive Assistant & Associate Producer

George Bicknell serves as Executive Assistant and Associate Producer at Wagner Entertainment, managing Jordan Wagner’s office and coordinating communication, scheduling, and day-to-day operations across the company. He works closely with leadership and external partners to keep priorities clear, teams aligned, and workflows running smoothly.

As an Associate Producer, Bicknell supports projects through production and post, helping manage logistics, track deliverables, and coordinate across departments to ensure timelines stay on course. He plays an integral role in supporting both the company’s operations and its growing slate.

A graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, Zev specializes in representing financiers and distribution companies in complex transactions, helping them optimize deal structures and secure intellectual property rights.

Throughout his career, Zev has worked on a wide range of projects, collaborating with producers to develop corporate structures that effectively manage intellectual property ownership, control, and recoupment strategies. Michelle Chang

Managing Partner

Chang has been involved in financing, production, and distribution legal matters as well as serving as general counsel for a wide range of notable projects. Her work with Boardwalk Pictures includes upcoming titles like Paul American (2025, Max), The Clubhouse: A Year with Red Sox (2025, Netflix), and The Later Daters (2024, Netflix), along with previously acclaimed series such as The Big Brunch (2022, Max), Welcome to Wrexham (FX), We Need to Talk About Cosby (2022 Sundance, Showtime), Val (2021 Cannes), The Show (2021 Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime Show), Men in Kilts (Showtime), The Goop Lab (Netflix), Cheer (Netflix, Emmy Award Winner), We Are Freestyle Love Supreme (2020 Sundance), The Black Godfather, Last Chance U, and Chef’s Table. Recent and ongoing projects include America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders (Netflix) and Pop Star Academy: KATSEYE (Netflix).

Since joining the Firm in 2010, Michelle Chang has played a key role in launching and leading RAMO’s non-fiction initiative. Under her guidance, the department has grown significantly, representing high-profile clients such as Boardwalk Pictures (Chef’s Table, America’s Sweethearts), Scout Productions (Queer Eye), and Campfire Studios (The Way Down, The Money Game). In addition to her work with these industry leaders, Chang provides comprehensive business and legal affairs services to clients including The Solution Entertainment Group, Hasan Minhaj’s 186K Films, Tremolo Productions, and Abu Dhabi-based Image Nation. As Managing Partner, Chang co-leads the Firm with Elsa Ramo, helping to oversee its wide-ranging client base and strategically adapting the Firm’s services to meet the evolving demands of an increasingly content-driven industry. 

Chang’s achievements have been widely recognized in the industry. She has been featured repeatedly in Variety’s Legal Impact Report (2020–2025) and Dealmakers Impact Report (2020–2023), including the 2021 spotlight on top negotiators behind major deals. She was also named one of the “Leaders of Influence: Minority Attorneys” by the Los Angeles Business Journal in 2022. 

Michael Peters

Senior Associate Attorney at Ramo Law PC

Michael Peters is a seasoned expert in media financing, film rights management, and entertainment law. A graduate of Southwestern Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor, Michael has built a robust career advising on high-profile projects and structuring over 50 multi-million-dollar senior financing deals for films such as Sound of Freedom and Woman of the Hour.

At Wagner Entertainment, Michael applies his vast experience to craft and negotiate financing agreements that balance creative vision with financial security. His deep understanding of intellectual property rights and media law ensures every transaction is meticulously structured to protect our investors while empowering filmmakers.
